This SMS Messaging Policy describes how Steel Beach Fitness, operated by Kingsley Enterprises LLC, uses text messaging to communicate with members and prospective members. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Program Description
Steel Beach Fitness sends SMS/text messages to individuals who have voluntarily opted in to receive communications. Messages may include:

2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your membership status and opted-in communications. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Frequency may increase temporarily during special promotions, seasonal events, or urgent operational notices. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier as part of your wireless plan. Steel Beach Fitness does not charge additional fees for participating in our SMS program. Contact your mobile carrier if you are unsure about applicable charges.
4. HELP Keyword
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive an automated response with our contact information. You may also reach our support team directly (see Section 6).
5. How to Opt Out (STOP Keyword)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. We will send one final confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. HELP and STOP commands are always honored.
