Meet the Coach
TJ BELANGER
With an M.S. in Human Performance and a B.S. in Nursing, TJ is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Registered Nurse with seven years of experience at Yale University as Head Strength Coach for Football, Men’s Lacrosse, and Field Hockey. He specializes in evidence-based training to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
